Unofficial overview. Verrado Marketplace is a large phased retail centre at I-10 and Verrado Way. We separate Open from Announced using the centre’s public materials and press. We are not Vestar, a tenant, or affiliated with DMB Associates, the Verrado Community Association, or the City of Buckeye.

The short version

Verrado Marketplace is an approximately 500,000-square-foot shopping, dining, and lifestyle centre at the northeast corner of Interstate 10 and Verrado Way in Buckeye. Developer materials describe a multi-phase rollout toward a full roster of 50+ retailers and restaurants, with outdoor gathering space (community green / stage / family amenities) as part of the plan.

This is not walkable Main Street downtown. It is the community’s highway-adjacent retail node — big-box anchors, national soft-goods, services, and a growing food row — complementary to:

Phases matter. A name on a groundbreaking press release is not the same as a door you can walk through this afternoon.

Still announced — do not treat as open: Safeway, O.H.S.O., Shake Shack, Chili’s, BJ’s, Paris Baguette. Nothing in this Sept. 22 check supports an open claim for those names.

Nearby — not this centre

Need lumber and tool rental? The Home Depot (store #0427) is open nearby at Buckeye Commons, 20410 W. Roosevelt St., Buckeye, AZ 85326. That store is Buckeye Commons retail, not a Verrado Marketplace tenant.

Harkins BackLot still says Coming Soon, including a chef-driven dining concept. That is a soft watch, not an open restaurant card. Tenant page.
Additional concepts floated only in press (and not confirmed on the centre directory) stay off this page until the hub lists them.

Cooking instead? Bashas’ On Main Street and Fry’s at Village Grove are the grocery stops to use. Safeway stays announced at Marketplace until the centre directory says otherwise — see /eat/ and /places/main-street-merchants/.

Getting there

Intersection: I-10 & Verrado Way, Buckeye (northeast corner per project reporting).
Target opening coverage used addresses on N. Verrado Way (e.g. Target around 1355 N. Verrado Way) — confirm lot / entrance on Maps or the centre site.
Expect phased parking and construction edges while later pads and the district green continue to open. Full-centre timing in trade press is a projection — defer to on-site signage and the centre site.
