Overview

Verrado.us is a static informational website operated by Savy Advisors LLC. We collect as little personal information as possible — the site has no accounts and no first-party analytics cookies. Some pages may load Google AdSense so display ads can appear on resident guides (see below).

What we collect

Suggestion form

When you submit the "Suggest a Listing" form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the listing details, and your message. This is stored in a database so we can review suggestions and follow up if needed. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam; Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Server logs

The site and its API are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site. Our API stores only a one-way hash of your IP address for rate-limiting abuse prevention — never the raw address.

Display ads (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show labeled display ads on some resident guide pages (/learn/…). We do not place those ad units on news pages, the legal pages (privacy, terms, disclaimer, disclosure), or About / Contact. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google’s use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and you can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.

What we don't do

  • No first-party analytics cookies or sitewide advertising trackers of our own.
  • No sale of personal information. AdSense is a third-party ad service, not a sale of your data by us.
  • No marketing emails — we only reply to messages you send us.

Data retention & removal

Suggestion submissions are retained while they're useful for maintaining the site. To request deletion of something you submitted, email scott@savyadvisors.com.

Children

This site is a general-audience information resource and is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
